I've asked the maker twice but haven't gotten a response. I've tried duplicating the base a few times and setting some to screen and soft light, and upping the reds using selective color, but my attempts keep turning out too... saturated, I think? fizzlingwhizbee's are always so beautifully light and vibrant and they're one of the nicest colorings I've seen for Doctor Who screencaps.

I use Photoshop CS. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. (First post!)

Recently, I've taken to joining a lot of icon awards communities and they all have the same requirement that an icon be at most 40kb in size. For one of these contests, I made an animated icon, but unfortunately, it's 215kb big. Does anyone know if there is any way to resize it (.GIF file) without really affecting the icon negatively in terms of resolution? I appreciate any help that is given. ^^ I use Photoshop CS2 to make my graphics.

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a program that allows me to make my own screencaps or a site with quality caps. I'm always looking for some and the one ones I find either don't fit the bill or are of poor quality. Any help would be lovely!
